GROUP TRAINING
The term group fitness encompasses any and all form of fitness that's done in a group setting, lead by a personal trainer or group instructor. With this form of exercise growing in popularity, you can now find group fitness classes of nearly any kind, both aerobic- and strength-based.


MUSCLE TONE
Muscle TONE is defined as the tension in a muscle at rest. It is the muscle's response to an outside force, such as a stretch or change in direction. Appropriate muscle tone enables our bodies to quickly respond to a stretch.


CORE STRENGTH
Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability.


MOTIVATION IMPROVEMENT
Motivation is the drive to achieve your goals or needs. Motivation is important to break old habits and to develop healthy ones. Many people struggle with getting and staying motivated, especially if they have mental health conditions such as depression or anxiety.
